Abhishek Bachchan To Work In Bhansali’s Next

After working with light-eyed Aishwarya Rai in ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, ‘Devdas’, ‘Guzaarish’ and legendary Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Black’, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has zeroed in on Abhishek Bachchan for an intense contemporary drama.
Apparently, Bhansali was in search of a story idea that was custom built for Abhishek. Finally, the ace director has cracked an idea that does full justice to Abhishek’s talent.
Confirming the news to a daily, Bhansali said, “I’ve always felt Abhishek has immense untapped potential. He is an actor capable of surrendering to the camera wholeheartedly. I feel his potential is simmering under the surface. I am going to try to harness it.”
Speaking about the film, Bhansali revealed, “It is today’s subject about contemporary situations and the dilemma that a young individual faces in trying to jump across the hurdles that are placed in his life by the wheels of the government.” Source
