Ranbir Kapoor seems to be unwilling about getting into his dad’s shoes. Perhaps this is the reason why the actor refused to play the role of his dad in the planned remake of the popular classic AMAR AKBAR ANTHONY.
It’s learnt that Ranbir was approached to play Rishi Kapoor’s role in the remake of this cult classic. It must be mentioned that Arbaaz Khan is planning to remake the film with Salman in the lead. According to sources, when Ranbir was approached to play the character of Rishi Kapoor, the actor sprung a surprise by refusing to do so. On the contrary, Ranbir was keen on playing the role of Big B and nothing else.
