Confirms Anees Bazmee, the writer and director of NO PROBLEM, which sees him working with the ex-Miss Universe for the first time ever, “Yes, the character of Kajal which is played by Sushmita has a split personality to her. She is really unpredictable, something that also turns out to be life threatening for her on-screen husband Anil Kapoor.”
“It is because of this very fact (i.e. Anil being a cop) that Sushmita’s personality changes after marriage,” laughs Bazmee, “While she used to think of him as a hero earlier, he turned out to be a zero in real life. This takes a toll on her mind and now she wants to commit his murder.”
Of course, given the fact that the film is designed as a laughter entertainer for an entire family viewing, the proceedings have been designed as funny instead of gory.
Assures Bazmee, “There was a different aspect of split personality that I had showed in DEEWANGEE where Ajay Devgn suffered from this syndrome. However, in case of NO PROBLEM, it is an entirely different projection.” Source
