No Bikini Acts For Zarine Khan In Housefull 2

Zarine Khan is tired of the constant talk about her uncanny resemblance to fellow actress Katrina Kaif and feels that media should get over it. She also shot down reports of wearing a bikini in the upcoming comedy “Housefull 2?.
“Housefull 2? is her second full-fledged film after “Veer” and it is being directed by Sajid Khan.
“The first schedule of ‘Housefull 2' is over. It was fun. I’m really looking forward to the next schedule,” Zarine, who was the show stopper for Divya K. Ahuja at the India International Jewellery Week (IIJW), told reporters here.
“No, I am not wearing a bikini in the film,” added the actress who walked the ramp in a black Victorian dress and elaborate diamond jewellery.
Zarine was launched by Salman Khan, who was dating Katrina, with “Veer” last year. After that she made a special appearance in his “Ready”. Source

Asin Is Partying Hard With The Housefull 2 Gang

Though Riteish Deshmukh isn’t quite a party hopper, he has a select set of friends in the industry with whom he is at his comfortable best. One such camp where Riteish is totally at home is the one belonging to Akshay Kumar, Sajid Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala with which he has built a long personal and professional standing. While this all-bwoyz gang (if one goes by the ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ terminology) has been quite active for over half a decade, now there is a new entrant to the club - Asin.
“Ever since they worked together in ‘Heyy Babyy’, ‘Housefull’ and now ‘Housefull 2', the boys are pretty much a gang in itself as they spend a lot of time together even when they are not shooting together for a film,” says another close acquaintance of the gang, “Especially when they are shooting abroad, they end up dining and partying together whenever time permits. Now the new member welcomed into the gang is Asin.”
“It was Asin’s ‘bindaas’ nature that helped her bond well with boys. She is a very friendly and a down to earth fun girl. But more than that she has a great sense of humour,” says a unit member. No wonder, Riteish too found a good companion at work and was happy to tweet - ‘It was absolutely fantastic working with ASIN. Rarely u come across girls with great sense of humour! She was part of d Boy Gang.’
Asin is glad that she found a good friend in Riteish. “He is a wonderful human being and a great friend. The entire unit cast and crew were lovely. I am glad to have made so many friends.” Source

Housefull 2 Will Earn 100 Crores In Its First Week Of Opening: Sajid Khan

Earlier Sajid Khan had famously declared that his ‘Housefull’ would be the biggest money spinner of each of his actors. Now for the second in the series of his hit franchise, he is not shying away from proclaiming that it would end up accumulating 100 crores inside one week itself.
“I am not saying this by being emotionally attached to the film since I am directing it. I am saying this after doing all the calculations,” says Sajid who has just returned from London after wrapping up a major part of his multi-starrer, “I know the kind of excitement amongst the audience as well as the buzz within the trade. When the film will release next year, there would also be an increase in the number of screens where the film would be shown. And then I have a rock solid script in hand. This is the reason why I am so confident.”
Slated for release next year on 1st June, the first Friday after the conclusion of IPL 2012, ‘Housefull 2' would have a milestone to cross if it has to indeed make 100 crores within one week. Source

Zarine Khan Is Working Hard To Look Scintillating In Housefull 2

Zarine Khan, who went from a whopping 100 kgs to her current 57kgs gives all credit to her gym instructor and pilates teacher Yasmin Karachiwala.
The star is also training hard towards a more toned and fit body for her forthcoming film Sajid Nadiadwala’s HOUSEFULL 2.
Talking about the military boot camp Yasmin has put her through Zarine says, “Every morning, I do pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with Yasmin Karachiwala. I also do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase my metabolic rate. Sweets and fried food are strict no.”
With impressive results showing Zarine is even more encouraged to train harder.
“In the next few months, results will be even more visible,” adds Zarine. Source

Akshay Kumar Begins Shooting For Housefull 2 With Parachute Stunt

Actor Akshay Kumar is in action mode. On one hand, he is hosting Khatron Ke Khiladi 4 while, on the other, he flagged off the opening scene of Housefull 2 by shooting a parachute stunt on the outskirts of London.
‘Akshay has never done anything like this before and he’s really excited. I’m cool because I know the greatest stuntman in the country will pull off the shot effectively. I couldn’t have asked for a better first shot,’ said director Sajid Khan.
After getting the required permits to shoot live in the residential area, the 43-year-old took free-fall tests to parachute into the opening scene.
‘The scene is integral to the story and not just a publicity gimmick. We’ve kept it strictly under wraps because with six cameras stationed on the sets, we want to capture people’s reactions as Akshay jumps down from the heavens above,’ said Khan.
Co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Eros International, Housefull 2 also stars John Abraham, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Asin Thottumkal, Zarine Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Jacqueline Fernandez and Mithun Chakraborty. Source
